In this fantastic evening cookery class chef Kurt will teach you all the techniques you'll need in order to cook "Perfect Steak" plus share a host of chefs tips & hints.

Chef Kurt will show you the best ways to source, prepare and cook various cuts of steak from rump to sirlion to fillet to prefection - plus an array of accompanying sauces to compliment your pefectly cooked steak!

Experince the diffence in flavours of the steak cuts and the learn how to cook steak to suit all tastes!

The class starts with a coffee and a chat with the chef about the class ahead, and then it’s through to the kitchens for demonstrations of the dishes you'll be cooking. Next it’s time to roll up your sleeves get on an apron, learn new skills and enjoy replicating the dishes under our chef’s expert instruction.

You can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.

We firmly believe that great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques, you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
